Today we learn about maximizing our physical performance by tapping into "energy system" training. OPEX Fitness founder, James Fitzgerald, started creating the OPEX system after winning the CrossFit Games and realizing that power, speed, and stamina could be developed together. By training those three energy systems in coordination, OPEX clients and athletes have been able to optimize their performance. OPEX is largely recognized as a dominant player in getting professional athletes ready for the intense competition required at the CrossFit Games, but OPEX also works with people from all walks of life to help them reach their fitness goals.
